The Vision of the Women's Chamber Chorus
Our Mission
The Women's Chamber Chorus's mission is to provide women of all ages and backgrounds an opportunity to experience the art of choral singing and enrich the local community through the transformative power of the choral art.
Our Core Values
The Women's Chamber Chorus seeks to focus on friendship, inclusivity, musicianship, enjoyment, and fulfillment in all we do. These core values guide us in all our endeavors to fulfill our mission.
Friendship
The Chorus rehearsal room and performance space is a place of positive relationships for everyone.
We are committed to developing a sense of community and friendship. Forging and facilitating strong relationships is important to the Chorus. Friends sing better together!
Inclusivity

We are committed to a chorus community that is diverse and inclusive. No matter age, race, physical or mental ability or level of musical experience or training, we welcome you in our community.
Musicianship
The Chorus rehearsal room and performance space is a place of learning for everyone.
We are committed to strengthening our musicianship by learning and understanding key theoretical concepts as relevant to our repertoire. We are also committed to utilizing good vocal health and singing using the highest standards of vocal technique.
Enjoyment
The Chorus rehearsal room and performance space is a place of fun for everyone.
We are committed to providing fun, laughter and enjoyment in our music making. The endorphins that are produced by singing are heightened by our interactions with one another.

The Chorus rehearsal room and performance space is a place to help everyone feel whole.
We are committed to helping facilitate a sense of fulfillment in our music making. We want people to leave us each week feeling better than they did when they came in. We want the same for our audiences as well!
